Become a Spartan

Spartan Race

Being a coach potato may seem like fun or you may hate the fact that you are lazy and need to get off your butt and do something. A great opportunity to get moving is the Spartan Race. The Spartan Race is named after the great Spartans. If you have ever seen the movie 300, or remember your history, Spartans were probably the strongest of any group of people. They laughed in the face of death and had the strength to prove it.

Born from the genius of seven ultra athletes and one Royal Marine, the Spartan Race is hailed as the toughest race/obstacle course in the world. Want to take on Tough Mudder? Sure, it can be a training course to help you get through one of Spartan’s grueling courses. There are four different races. The Spartan Sprint is a 3+ mile course consisting of 15+ obstacles. If you laugh at this, then try the next move up called the Super Spartan. This is an 8+ mile course with 20+ obstacles. Who’s laughing now? You? Try the Spartan Beast with its 12+ mile and 25+ obstacles. You are sure to feel accomplished after that one. Now, after you are done crying from the Spartan Beast, take on the DEATH RACE! This is a 48 hour unknown mileage and unknown amount of obstacles that is suggested ONLY after living a full life.

Now, get out of that fetal position, put on your running shoes and get to work training. This would be my first attempt and the closest one to me is the Super Spartan. I am ready to take on this course and come out a winner.

Lipogen PS Plus

As a BzzAgent, I tend to get some pretty neat stuff to try and review. This last item was no different. I was actually pretty excited to get Lipogen PS Plus in the mail since I have some memory issues and trouble focusing. The directions tell me to start out by taking 2, twice daily. Then, after a week, I take is once three times a day. I followed the directions for the first week, and then mostly followed the directions for the remaining weeks. I may have skipped a few doses here and there.

I am a very skeptical person. Seeing is believing for me. I did seem to notice a difference. It may have been me wanting it to work, which led to the increase in focus, concentration, and memory. However, I will just say that this product does it’s job, at least in my case. It was more powerful at first, most likely because of the increased dosage. I have not tried to increase the dosage since, but will have to buy a few bottles and see if that was the case. All in all, I will give this product a positive review and will continue to use this product as well.
